We are looking for a talented, motivated, and hard-working
Account Manager
to join our team, responsible to support the development of a dynamic and rapidly growing cult brand in the luxury cosmetics and fragrance industry.
Reporting to the Global Commercial Director, this role will be responsible for managing and expanding the independent perfumery channel across Europe. You will work closely with the Brand Commercial Director and collaborate with internal teams and Regional Account Managers to increase the brand’s presence in multibrand stores within their assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
Drive the brand's performance across international markets, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded, while boosting visibility and sell-out at retail locations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for perfumery shops and retailers in Europe, with a focus on France and Italy. Cultivate long-term relationships and ensure smooth communication with all partners.
Lead negotiations with retailers on commercial terms, including retail/wholesale prices, purchase targets, and margins. Collaborate with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with internal teams (including marketing and logistics) to ensure the proper execution of sales strategies. Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback, providing insights to guide brand growth and product strategy.
Requirements:
Experience in sales within the perfume or cosmetics industry is preferred.
Proven track record of managing international accounts, particularly in France and Italy.
Fluency in French, Italian, and English (both written and spoken).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong retail and financial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key partners.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
